Privacy Policy

This notice explains how personal data is collected and used through this website. It does not cover the processing of investor data within the fund, which is governed by the relevant fund offering documents and subscription agreements.

1. Who we are

The data controller for this website is Eltican Capital Management International Ltd (the "Investment Manager"), licensed by the BVI Financial Services Commission (Registration Number IBR/AIM/24/2067), registered office at R&F De Castro Building, Unit 7A, 200 Waterfront Drive, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands. 2. What we collect

• Contact form data — if you write to us, the name, email address and message you submit.
• Functional browser storage — small values stored locally in your browser (theme preference, an "intro seen" flag, and, during a session, a document access password). These stay on your device and are not sent to us. See the Cookie Policy.
• Technical/security data — our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data such as IP address to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or web analytics that identify you, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with (processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside the EEA/UK (including the United States). Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (24 months), then deleted. Functional storage persists until you clear it in your browser.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email privacy@eltican.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

We may update this notice from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
